You are responsible for providing accurate information, ensuring you have rights to submitted content, and reviewing deliverables in a timely manner. Ziloi is not responsible for inaccuracies in client-provided content.

3. AI-Assisted Work

Some services use artificial intelligence tools. AI-generated output may contain inaccuracies. Human review is only included if explicitly purchased.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are shown before purchase. Taxes may apply depending on location.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ziloi and Seroft, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
