Eligible Refunds

Refunds are available if the project is not delivered within the agreed timeframe or materially does not match the agreed requirements.

Refunds are not available once work has been delivered and approved, or when delays are caused by missing client input or scope changes.

Requests must be submitted within 30 days to support@ziloi.com. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method.
